Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Internship Architecture position at Sidiadinoto Design Lab. The role will involve assisting in architectural design, communication with clients, and collaborating on various design projects. The position is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, but some work from home is acceptable.

The work includes but not limited to:

• Creating presentation decks for client meetings
• Material research for interior finishes and furniture
• Massing and architecture elements research for schematic design
• Design development of architecture details for on-going projects
• Design development of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems for architecture projects

Duration

The duration of this position is 1 - 2 months, with the possibility of extending upon review of internship performance.

Location and Travel

Our main projects are located in Jakarta Utara, specifically Kelapa Gading. Although this a hybrid role, on-site work will be needed for essential collaborative work, client meetings, and site visitations.

Stipend

This position is a paid-role with a salary of IDR 2.000.000 / month

Work Hours

We welcome students, free-lancers, and part-timers to work on our projects with a flexible hours, as long as deadlines are met with quality work.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture (S1 Arsitektur) or related field (Teknik Sipil, Urban Design)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of architectural design principles
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in SketchUp is a must
• Passion for innovative and sustainable design
