Retail Designer

As a Retail Designer (3D), you will be responsible for translating brand identity into visually compelling retail displays and environments across various channels. From conceptualization to execution, you'll ensure our retail presence is both impactful and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop 3D retail concepts, including gondolas, booths, pop-up stores, and in-store displays

• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and approvals

• Collaborate closely with marketing, VM, and sales teams to align design with campaign objectives

• Work with vendors and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution quality

• Stay updated on retail trends, materials, and innovative display techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Product Design, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in retail/VM/3D design, preferably in beauty or FMCG industry

• Proficient in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender) and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong sense of aesthetics, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines

• Good communication and project management skills
