YOUR TASK

• Supporting on administration task related to-

1. Being responsible to prepare entry/ customs permits for visitors, vendors & goods to enter the airport cargo area.
2. Manage facility supplies inventory and order/ replace as needed.
3. Coordinate the repair and maintenance requirements in the facility and work with vendors and contractors as per guideline.
4. Handle customs and handling agent payment process and issue cheques as needed.
5. Manage the gate pass application process for all DHL staff & vehicles entering the gateway facility.
6. Manage the process and documentation related to vendor Invoices, purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
7. Coordinate facility activities and events with the management team on employee engagement activity.
8. Responsible to obtain/ renew facility operating licenses and prepare & submit the required documentation (to be done annually).
9. Other administrative tasks such as manage shared folders, update organization charts as needed, work with Human Resources on new / renewal DHL identity cards etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor Degree student
• Final year student
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
• Good knowledge & skills in Microsoft application
