Act as the main liaison between the China destination team and internal departments in Indonesia (R&D, QC, Supply & Demand Planning, Production, Logistics, Finance).
Ensure supply availability and reliability at the destination through strong coordination with destination team, demand planning, logistics, and finance.
Coordinate new product development and launch with Marketing and R&D teams.
Support direct importer customers and assist the manager in managing the full post-sales process.
Manage sales contract issuance, shipment planning and execution, payment processes, customer feedback, and complaints.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers regarding order status, documentation, payments, and delivery.
Ensure professional and timely responses to customer inquiries and operational concerns.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, shipments, payments, and customer communications.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
