Minimum 2-3 years experience in International Sales/Business Development, preferably handling Africa, South Asia, & Middle East markets.
Strong knowledge of distribution channels, retail landscape, and buyer behavior in target regions.
Willing and able to travel frequently for business trips and international exhibitions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Experienced in managing key accounts, generating new leads, and closing international deals; skilled in product pitching, negotiation, pricing, and export contract follow-up.
Strong in market research, competitor mapping, demand forecasting, and coordination with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Proactive, target-oriented, disciplined in reporting, and comfortable prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and international trade platforms.
