* Willing and able to travel frequently for business trips and international exhibitions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
* Experienced in managing key accounts, generating new leads, and closing international deals; skilled in product pitching, negotiation, pricing, and export contract follow-up.
* Strong in market research, competitor mapping, demand forecasting, and coordination with internal teams for smooth order execution.
* Proactive, target-oriented, disciplined in reporting, and comfortable prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and international trade platform
Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand Porto's sandal business across Southeast Asia markets.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and grow new leads.
* Represent the company at international exhibitions and market visits.
