We are looking for a passionate Internal Trainer AI & Vibe Coding to support our AI education program for junior learners (SMP/SMA level). You will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, helping students understand AI concepts through hands-on, creative, and fun vibe coding projects. This position in based on Freelance contract
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions on AI & Vibe Coding for junior learners
- Guide students in building mini apps, simple games, and light automation using prompt-based coding
- Translate complex AI concepts into simple, relatable explanations
- Ensure responsible use of AI by teaching AI safety, ethics, and digital literacy
- Collaborate with curriculum and program teams to continuously improve learning materials
- Provide feedback on students progress and learning outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an AI / coding trainer, instructor, or educator
- Background in education, computer science, or related fields
- Strong understanding of basic AI concepts (AI vs Machine Learning vs Generative AI)
- Conceptual understanding of how LLMs work (no heavy math required)
- Hands-on experience with prompt-based coding (mini apps, simple games, light automation)
- Familiar with Vibe Coding projects
- Experience with Python and/or block-based / low-code tools
- Has experience on frontend and backend development
- Solid understanding of basic programming logic (conditions, loops, variables)
- Good understanding of AI safety & ethics for children (bias, plagiarism, data privacy, AI misuse)
- Able to deliver engaging storytelling and use relatable examples (games, social media, daily life)
- Comfortable with presentations and interactive classroom discussions
- Experience developing learning modules or training materials
