What You Will Experience:
- Plan and conduct audits and operational assessments of upstream production processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Lead and execute improvement initiatives aimed at reducing production costs and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Partner closely with operational and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement cost-saving and process-optimization opportunities.
- Review, evaluate, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support compliance, internal control effectiveness, and operational excellence.
- Prepare audit reports, clearly communicate findings, and present actionable recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
What is Required:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field a Master's degree (S2) is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in audit role, with exposure to Manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, and operational risk management principles.
- Ability to initiate and lead collaboration with cross functional teams and other organizations on projects, audits, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic industries with high operational complexity.
- Willing to be based in Serpong Area.
