What You Will Experience:
- Strategic Deployment: Manage strategy for short- & long-term planning, deploy initiative to achive business objective and set budget execution (Opex & Capex) accurately to achieve business objective. Integrate strategic initiative with others Department/ Function initiative and collaborate/ coordination to ensure strategy execution is implemented well.
- Organize Resources: Organize resources (Manpower, Raw material, consumables, and Machine/Tools) and collaborate with respective department to optimizesmooth running operations.
- Operation Execution: Managing operation/ business process management to achieve operational excellence.
- Business Improvement: Lead implementation of continuous improvement/automation/ Digitalization and coordination with others area/ function for business sustainability, improve and growth.
- People Management: Maintain and improve manpower skills capability for people performance to support business operation (As SME/ Trainer in internal team or external team).
- Management System: Execute implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to make business sustainable and continuously improve.
What is Required:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (Master Preferred) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related fields.
- Min. 12 years of experience, with 5 year with relevant broad/depth concept in senior managerial position within commercial, sales, or business leadership in the Chemical industry both from manufacturing and trading.
- Exposure to B2B industrial segments with large-scale customers or global supply chains.
- Proven track record in managing full P&L for a business unit or region.
- Experienced leading large sales teams and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of chemical markets, supply chain dynamics, pricing models, and product applications.
- Experienced dealing with complex stakeholders—executives, suppliers, global customers, government bodies, and internal partners.
- Being able to travel across regions as required.
- Willing to work in Serpong, South Tangerang.
