Job Description

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture & Unified Foundation

  • Architectural Overhaul: Validate and lead the transition from siloed, legacy systems to a Unified Enterprise Architecture (EA) that ensures interoperability across all business units
  • Standardization: Ensure the Medallion Data Architecture is implemented and being a unified technology pattern of approved technologies (hardware, software, and policy) to eliminate shadow IT application and reduce architectural complexity
  • Infrastructure Scalability and Automation: Oversee the implementation of network modernization and improve it, responsible for Tripatra network segregation and server infrastructure to ensure it can handle increased data loads and high-availability requirements.
  • Integration Framework: Develop and execute a middleware strategy to ensure seamless data flow between systems, forming a Single Source of Truth. to support Digital Solution
  • Multicloud, microservice management, on premise optimization

Cybersecurity & Asset Protection

  • Unified Security Implementation: Implement a Zero Trust Architecture and an integrated security roadmap that protects cloud, on-premise, and all digital ecosystem in Tripatra
  • Cyber Defense Operations: Manage the full security lifecycle, including threat intelligence, VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), and incident response protocols Implement IAM, MDM
  • Asset Governance: Maintain a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) program to track, secure, and lifecycle-manage all digital and physical IT assets.

IT Governance & Service Excellence

  • Governance Implementation: Build and enforce IT Governance models (based on NIST, Tripatra Security Roadmap, ISO 27001 and Policy) to move the organization from ad-hoc processes to measured, optimized operations
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure the update and the implementation of IT security and architecture policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and international standards
  • Service-Oriented Culture: Transform IT from a cost center to a service provider by implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and a structured Service Catalog

Digital Transformation & AI Readiness

  • Data Architecture for AI: Structure the digital foundation to be AI Ready by ensuring data quality, accessibility, and high-speed processing capabilities.
  • Emerging Tech Research: Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (AI/ML, Edge Computing, Automation) to determine their fit-to-purpose for the business
  • Scalable Computing: Ensure the infrastructure (on-prem or cloud) is optimized for the heavy compute demands of AI model deployment and data analytics.

Financial & Strategic Management

  • IT Vendor Ecosystem Management: Implement an IT Vendor Management by coordinating with SCM, and ensuring that third-party services fit the long-term Digital architectural vision.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex architectural needs into business value and risk mitigation.
  • Architectural investment and optimization: Develop program and financial plans (CAPEX/OPEX) that align with digital architectural and security investments with the organization's digital transformation goals as well as continuously executing efficiency program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. Post Graduate qualification in Management, IT, IS is preferrable
  • Field specialization: cross industrial experience are welcome, IT Corporation, IT BU, Digital Transformation
  • Must have minimum of 12 years work experience, minimium 5 years in managerial role, preferably in technology areas of medium / large organization and at least 5 years experience in leading IT Architecture and Security or Application Development
