Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee internal audit operations to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Develop annual audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure effective implementation across departments.
  • Supervise and guide audit teams in performing operational, financial, and investigative audits.
  • Evaluate internal control systems and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Present audit findings and reports to senior management and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Economics from a reputable university
  • Min. 10 years of experience as Internal Audit Manager within property industry (highly preferred).
  • Certified in CIA, CPA or CISA.
  • Experience in developing audit plans and conducting risk assessments.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of industry standard and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead audit teams effectively.
