ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Intern to support various teams at Gotrade from Operations and Marketing to Legal and People. This internship is ideal for students who have strong organizational skills, are comfortable with tools like Excel and Google Slides, and have experience coordinating activities in student organizations such as BEM.

Youll help us stay structured, move fast, and build meaningful outcomes while gaining hands-on experience in a high-growth fintech startup.

Location: Internship, on-site in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist specific departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Product, Legal, People) based on team needs
• Support cross-functional teams
• Learn on the job by observing, assisting, and contributing to day-to-day operations
• Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations using Excel and Slides
• Help document internal workflows and team processes to improve efficiency
• Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and team rituals
• Take initiative in executing assigned tasks and following up to completion
• Contribute to internal projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Former or current member of BEM, student committee, or similar organizations
• Enjoys organizing, planning, and keeping things running smoothly
• Can switch between tasks and stay detail-oriented under pressure
• Has strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn by doing

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated (open to all majors)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Slides
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months on-site in Jakarta
