Job Description

  • Order Management
  • Receive, review, and process export sales orders from international customers.
  • Verify order accuracy (SKU, quantity, destination, Incoterms, and shipping requirements).
  • Enter and maintain order data in the ERP or internal systems.
  • Coordinate with the Export Sales team on order clarifications and amendments.
  • Shipment Coordination & Monitoring
  • Prepare export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, shipping instructions, etc.) in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Align shipment schedules with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and forwarders/shipping lines.
  • Track shipment status (ETD, ETA, delays, and port-related issues).
  • Communicate shipment progress and potential risks to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Customer Communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipment schedules, and export documents.
  • Proactively provide shipment updates to customers.
  • Support resolution of export-related issues and complaints.
  • Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing of order and shipment documents.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly order and shipment status reports.
  • Assist in data validation for internal reviews and audit purposes.
  • Additional Support
  • Support export and supply chain projects aimed at process improvement.
  • Perform data entry and verification tasks as required by the department.

Qualifications

  • Active student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and international trade.
