Role DescriptionAs an Online Sales Admin Intern at titipbeliin.com, you will support our sales team in handling daily operations related to online sales activities. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, updating product listings, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and customers. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in processing and managing online sales orders
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or social platforms
- Update and maintain product information across online platforms
- Support the sales team in preparing reports and tracking performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to sales operations
Qualifications- Final-year university student or fresh graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields) or fresh graduates
- Strong interest in e-commerce and online business
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using online platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
