Intermediate Site Engineer CL04
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering and site supervision.
- Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in structural consultancy as a structural engineer is advantageous.
- Ability to coordinate with design teams and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Senior Site Engineer CL06
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering and site supervision.
- Proven track record of managing complex site projects and leading engineering teams.
- Strong background in structural consultancy prior to site engineering roles is highly desirable.
- Expertise in interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and ensuring quality control.
Responsibilities
- Carefully supervise all site construction work for civil and structure to make sure it follows design plans and safety rules.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to quickly solve technical problems.
- Inspect the site regularly and give clear technical advice to junior engineers and site workers.
- Make sure project deadlines are met on time without lowering quality or safety standards.
- Represent the company on site, keeping good communication and coordination with everyone involved.
- Work together with other disciplines to avoid conflicts during construction and coordinate with other consultants on site.
- Act as the company representative on site, maintaining effective communication and coordination.
- Facilitate interdiscipline collaboration to prevent clashes during construction and coordinate with other discipline consultants on site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Adequate knowledge for structure (had an experience working as structural engineer in a consultant firm like Beca or others)
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
