Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with incoming leads and consult with clients to understand their requirement
  • Present company products and services clearly and persuasively
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and related sales documents
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company guidelines
  • Collaborate and attend meetings with Interior Designers to align on client needs and support smooth coordination
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or any relevant field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.30 from a reputable university
  • 12 years of experience in sales, business development, account executive, or a related role
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to gauge client needs
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
