Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for natural materials. This role blends interior design expertise with client-facing communication, presentation, and consultative selling—guiding clients through material selection and space planning while building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate is as comfortable sketching a concept as they are presenting it confidently to a client.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes centered on premium natural stone.
• Advise clients on stone selection, finishes, and application across residential and commercial spaces.
• Translate client briefs and lifestyle needs into elegant, functional design solutions.

Client Presentation & Consultation

• Present design concepts and material recommendations with clarity, confidence, and visual storytelling.
• Guide clients through showroom visits and material selection with a consultative, service-oriented approach.
• Respond promptly and attentively to client inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable design journey.

Client & Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, positioned as a trusted design partner.
• Provide attentive follow-through from first consultation to final installation.
• Represent Tuscany Stone Boutique's brand and values in every client interaction.

Project Coordination

• Support project timelines, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent is preserved through execution.
• Conduct site visits as needed to review material application and finish quality.

Collaboration & Trend Awareness

• Stay current on interior design trends, finishes, and material innovations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop showroom displays and client-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility, spatial planning, and material application.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign), and Microsoft Office; 3D rendering skills a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients.
• Strong customer service orientation with a warm, professional client manner.
• Detail-oriented with good time management across multiple ongoing projects.
• Genuine passion for interiors, natural materials, and timeless design.
