Architectural Designer and Interior

Main Responsibiilties

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and design development aligned with project requirements, functionality, and design standards.
• Conduct site and existing building analysis and site visits to identify design opportunities, constraints, and technical considerations.
• Coordinate design integration with structural, MEP, and other relevant disciplines to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Prepare detailed design deliverables, including drawings, material specifications, DED, and other design documentation required for project execution.
• Support design refinement and technical coordination throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the design is aligned with agreed requirements and implementation conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and/or interior design, preferably in commercial, workplace, retail, or industrial projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, interior design, space planning, material selection, and design development.
• Able to develop design concepts, technical drawings, DED, and design documentation.
• Strong ability to coordinate with Structural, MEP, Construction, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong visualization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Portfolio of relevant architectural/interior design projects is required.
