Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their vision, and translating it into well-designed, functional, and stylish interior spaces. You should be knowledgeable about current interior design trends and able to present ideas through moodboards, 3D renders, and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Provide design recommendations based on current interior design trends, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Create moodboards to convey design concepts and themes.
• Develop 3D renders to help clients visualize the final design.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings for implementation by contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with other team members and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for design stages.

Qualifications

• Experience in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Architecture
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Interior Design or Architecture
