Responsibilities :

Develop design concepts, space planning, and material narratives

Prepare detailed drawingsjoinery, furniture, lighting layouts, and finishes

Produce FF&E specifications aligned with procurement

Create CGI renderings and presentation decks

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, vendors, and site teams

Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups

Conduct site inspections to ensure design quality

Support refurbishment projects in resort environments

Maintain documentation consistency across Company standards

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Minimum 7 years of professional experience (incl. 4+ years in hospitality/resorts/luxury residential)

Strong portfolio showcasing villas, guest rooms, F&B venues, spas, and public areas

Solid understanding of FF&E detailing, curation, and execution

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Rendering capability (CGI) using Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion

Strong detailing ability for joinery, lighting coordination, and FF&E

Familiarity with Indonesian suppliers, fabrication, and construction

Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders

Knowledge of BOQ prep, FF&E schedule development, and mock-up approval

Comfortable working under tight deadlines

Experience in renovation or operational hotel environments is a plus
