About The Role
As an interior Designer, you are responsible to design the interior layout for our retail stores precisely according to established standards for both development and construction projects, aiming to support the fulfillment of an effective interior that contributes to the achievement of project targets.
What will you be doing
- Develop innovative and functional store layouts, ensuring alignment with the brand&aposs visual identity, customer experience goals, and business objectives.
- Maximize the efficient use of retail space while ensuring a welcoming and engaging customer journey.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures that reflect the brand and meet both aesthetic and budgetary requirements.
- Work closely with store managers, visual merchandisers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive implementation of design concepts.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Stay current with industry trends, new materials, and best practices to keep designs innovative and competitive.
- Prepare design presentations, floor plans, and detailed specifications for construction and installation teams.
What do we look for
- Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably within the retail or commercial design sector.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of retail design principles, consumer behavior, and the latest trends in store environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring design concepts are executed with precision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork across various departments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide practical solutions to design challenges.
- Willingness to travel to store locations for design implementation and site visits.
