We are hiring on behalf of PT MNC Sekuritas, a leading securities company in Indonesia, part of the renowned MNC Group. We provide a comprehensive range of financial services, including brokerage, investment banking, and asset management. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Institutional Sales professional to join our team and help us expand our institutional client base.

Job Overview:

The Institutional Sales role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, including corporations, asset management firms, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within the securities or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow institutional clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional client organizations.
  • Provide tailored financial solutions and investment ideas to meet clients&apos needs.
  • Collaborate with research, trading, and investment banking teams to deliver value-added services to clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting institutional clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably within the securities or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
