Job Overview:
The Institutional Sales role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, including corporations, asset management firms, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within the securities or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional client organizations.
- Provide tailored financial solutions and investment ideas to meet clients&apos needs.
- Collaborate with research, trading, and investment banking teams to deliver value-added services to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting institutional clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably within the securities or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
