Were currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support one of our key clients in Indonesia. This is a fully remote position, ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual with a strong background in sales operations and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Regional Sales Directors to drive pipeline growth and support transactional sales cycles.
- Generate and qualify leads through campaigns, CRM systems, customer data analysis, and territory planning.
- Assist with sales operations including customer inquiries, solution positioning, and pre-sales support.
- Validate and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Managers.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, forecast reviews, and drive execution of GTM plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our clients solutions and support internal enablement.
Key Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within a multinational tech organization.
- Native-level Indonesian and Professional-level English proficiency.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Experience managing leads and supporting sales cycles of 312 months.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
