Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Injection Tooling Engineer based in Salatiga. As an Injection Tooling Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining plastic product quality through zero-defect methods, optimizing processes and tooling designs, analyzing Moldflow simulations to determine injection parameters, conducting Design of Experiments (DoE) and mold sampling, as well as preparing tooling for new products from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Min. Associate&aposs Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Precision Tool, or other relevant majors.
• Has experience in manufacturing, tooling, or plastic molding.
• Proficient in Moldflow Simulation and Analysis software.
• Experienced in Design of Experiments (DoE) and validation protocols (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
• Willing to work in Salatiga.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
