Role Description:
The IT Support will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and help desk support services on a day-to-day basis.
Resposibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees (onsite & remote).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Manage help desk requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update IT equipment for optimal performance.
- Record and document technical issues and solutions.
Qualification:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or Technical Support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware & software.
- Knowledge of help desk procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant IT certifications are an advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSA).
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
