Information Technology Support Officer

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain ICT infrastructure documentation and network topology within the assigned area
• Manage and maintain ICT department assets
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and network devices such as routers (Mikrotik, Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos), switches (Cisco, Aruba, HPE, D-Link), and access points
• Configure and monitor ICT radio communication devices, including HT radios (ICOM, Baofeng, Motorola) and IP/Wireless radios (Cambium, Ubiquiti)
• Perform patching and firmware updates on all IT devices, as well as antivirus updates on user laptops/desktops
• Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
• Conduct analysis, planning, monitoring, and control of applications and systems in accordance with IT security policies
• Provide IT Helpdesk support within the company

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as IT Staff; experience working in plantation company is a plus
• Technical competencies: ICT network monitoring, internet systems, device configuration, PABX, telecommunications, VoIP, application installation, antivirus, network security, email systems, and Microsoft Office products
• Willing to be placed at Site Tebo, Jambi / Site Bengalon, Kaltim (employee housing is provided on site).
