Job Description:

  • Create and update ICT infrastructure documentation and topology in the area of responsibility.
  • Maintain and manage the department's ICT assets.
  • Configure and troubleshoot LAN and WAN networks, including routers (Mikrotik, Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos), switches (Cisco, Aruba, HPE, D-Link), and access points.
  • Configure and monitor ICT communication radios (HT, ICOM, Baofeng, Motorola) and IP/Wireless radios (Cambium, Ubiquity).
  • Patch and update firmware on all IT devices and update antivirus software on all user laptops/desktops.
  • Experience handling Office365, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
  • Analyze, plan, monitor, and control applications and systems based on IT security policies.
  • Perform IT Helpdesk functions within the company.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in IT / Computer Science
  • Min. 1 year as IT staff / experience in a plantation company (preferred).
  • Technical Competencies: ICT Network Monitoring, Internet, Device Configuration, PABX, Telecommunication, VoIP, Application Installation, Antivirus, Network Security, Email, and Office Products.
  • Willing to be placed in the Tebo Site area, Jambi. Employee housing is available on-site, no roaster.
