Requirements IT Support (Middle)
- 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving within software/system.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, able to collaborate with google engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Linux environments with the ability to use common commands and perform operations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL database queries to retrive system data effectively.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting tasks.
- Basic understanding of Java/HTML and Windows command scripting.
- Familiarity with banking payment systems and processes is a plus.
- Can join as soon as possible.
