Information Technology Project Manager (Project Based)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of PMP, project methodologies, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in risk management and resource planning.
• Ability to deliver clear reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta.
• Willing to be a PKWT contract project employee Lintasarta.
• Willing to work full-time in the office

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project resources (timeline, budget, manpower) to achieve targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily project activities and support cross-functional teams.
• Identify, follow up, and resolve project issues, including risk mitigation.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and potential impacts.
• Define project tools, methods, and best practices to be used.
• Ensure development and deliverables align with design and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project alignment and quality.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports.
• Ensure project documentation, meeting minutes, and deliverables are properly completed and signed off.
