Ensuring that all ongoing tasks are executed in accordance with the agreed timeline, without delays or any scope additions.
Ensuring that costs remain within the approved budget allocation.
Coordinating with both Users, PM, and internal teams to prevent any miscommunication.
Assisting in reminding the respective Team Leads regarding resources whose contract periods are approaching expiration, in order to prevent a recurrence of issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in IT Project Management.
Proven Software Development Life Cycle (Waterfall, Agile), PMO/Project Management experience and knowledge of project management.
Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management.
Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Understanding of SDLC & project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups & senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, and assertiveness.
Fluent Written and Verbal communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Communication Requirements:
Internal (60%): Internal communication include communication within AIA Indonesia, Group Office, and Shared Services Partners.
External (40%): Communication with Local / International IT vendors & Partners
