We areABRIHETand currently seeking a motivated candidate to be part of our growing operation based in Surabaya, East Java. Candidates will be filling the position of IT Project Manager with details below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure consistent alignment with project objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction in the execution of IT initiatives, ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive project plans, including management of timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and financial controls.
- Lead issue management, change control, and cross-project coordination to minimize delivery risks and disruptions.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements definition through implementation, stabilization, and post-implementation support.
- Work in close collaboration with the PMO to ensure adherence to governance frameworks and to support the continuous enhancement of project management practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT project management or a related technology-focused discipline.
- Proven track record of leading multiple IT system implementation projects in a leadership capacity.
- Working knowledge of SAP environments, including system implementation, enhancement, or integration initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise software solutions and supporting business process transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively at multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is considered an advantage.
