Key Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and optimize end-to-end user journeys across digital products.
- Analyze product performance through dashboards, datasets, and user insights, and translate findings into clear product decisions.
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to support product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and operational teams to ensure alignment on product goals and feature delivery.
- Communicate effectively with senior management in a structured, clear, and professional manner.
- Drive product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely execution.
- Adapt quickly to dynamic environments and demonstrate ownership in solving product challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field.
- 25 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in digital product development.
- Strong capability in defining user journeys and customer experience flows.
- Solid skills in data analysis, including interpreting dashboards, identifying trends, and deriving insights.
- Experience handling end-to-end digital products.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to manage upwards (senior leaders / enterprise-style communication).
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong can-do attitude.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and collaborate with diverse teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the edtech industry.
- Candidates with either business-focused backgroundsortechnical backgrounds are welcome.
