Information Technology Manager

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing IT operations, infrastructure, business applications, security technology, and IT support to ensure reliable and efficient business operations across all locations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with supervisory/management experience.
• Strong experience in infrastructure, network, POS, business applications, and IT operations.
• Experience managing multi-site/multi-outlet environments preferred.
• Experience managing vendors and IT projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and critical operational issues.
• F&B, Retail, Hospitality, or similar industry experience preferred.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily IT operations, support, and critical IT issues.
• Manage network, servers, cloud, hardware, and IT infrastructure.
• Manage POS systems and IT equipment across all outlets.
• Oversee business applications, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage CCTV and security technology.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and SLA performance.
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Manage IT budget, assets, software, and licenses.
• Lead and develop the IT team and monitor performance.
• Work with other departments to provide technology solutions and improve IT efficiency.
