Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

• To plan, lead, and manage all IT functions—including software, hardware, network infrastructure, and daily IT operations—to ensure optimal performance, data security, and support for business operations.
• Ensures reliable system availability, with experience in tackling various hardware and software problems.
• Comfortable providing technology solutions, software applications, and proper hardware for employees by coordinating with vendors or developers
• Evaluate and develop IT standards, policies, and procedures through liaising with management to align IT initiatives with organizational goals
• Ensure licensing compliance and timely upgrades, if needed
• Create comfortable, professional working support for employees by providing timely resolution for IT issues, and implement cyber security policies and awareness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university
• Minimum of 7-8 years of excellence in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability & strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and IT Operations
• Exceptional skills in project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Willing to be located in Jakarta and Tangerang area
