To plan, lead, and manage all IT functionsincluding software, hardware, network infrastructure, and daily IT operationsto ensure optimal performance, data security, and support for business operations.
Ensures reliable system availability, with experience in tackling various hardware and software problems.
Comfortable providing technology solutions, software applications, and proper hardware for employees by coordinating with vendors or developers
Evaluate and develop IT standards, policies, and procedures through liaising with management to align IT initiatives with organizational goals
Ensure licensing compliance and timely upgrades, if needed
Create comfortable, professional working support for employees by providing timely resolution for IT issues, and implement cyber security policies and awareness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university
Minimum of 7-8 years of excellence in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven ability & strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and IT Operations
Exceptional skills in project management, leadership, and communication skills
Willing to be located in Jakarta and Tangerang area
