Information Technology Instructor

Role Description

This is a project based, on-site role for a Trainer specializing in Spring Boot located in Bogor. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs on Spring Boot framework, include developing course materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainee progress, and providing technical support.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, JPA, and related technologies
• Experience in curriculum development and training delivery
• Experience and/or have knowledge in banking industry
• Experience in Kubernetes, and Docker
• Strong technical skills in Java and other backend technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to evaluate and assess trainee progress effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in an educational or training role is highly desirable
• Willing to commit for 4 days on site interview, Bogor area.
