Information Technology Expert

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a relevant position
• Understanding of dashboards, APIs, and data integration
• Familiarity with campaign platforms and data monetization
• Basic knowledge of machine learning
• Proficiency in relational (MS SQL, Oracle) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
• Experience using Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM ticketing systems

Tanggung Jawab:

• Eskalasi & komunikasi tiket breach ke stakeholder
• Tracking & monitoring tiket
• Early diagnosis (KEDB/MOP)
• Lead troubleshooting data monetization dengan customer
• Eskalasi ke L2
• Monitoring data systems & health dashboard
• Log & prioritisasi insiden via ITSM
• Remote diagnostik
• Corrective & preventive maintenance
