Job Description :
- Act as focal point (Liase with) for business user for the need of technology, bridging to IT engineer & Digital (for development of the solution) & external technology solution provider
- Manage overall portfolio of technology-related requests from business user, ensure SLA compliance from the technology team towards user needs
- Specify business requirement, develop BRD
- IT Subject Matter Expert of technical support for UAT, develop/enhance user test cases scenario
- Initiate handover to Project team / Engineering Team / Development Team / Solution Provider via IT-PMO
- Providing leadership to team member
Job Requirement :
- Minimum University Degree (S1), preferable Master Degree (S2) with major study in Informatics / Computer / Electrical / Telecommunication / Industrial Engineering / Business Mgmt.
- Has an extensive experience in IT area minimum 5 years, experience in retail industry would be an advantage, experience in digital e-commerce industry would be an advantage.
- Has experience of working closely with business users
- Has a suitable soft and hard/technical competency; demonstrate solid integrity, professionally and personally; shows strong will in self-development; demonstrate good leadership and teamwork skills; highly committed to quality and timely result of the works.
- Strong communication and presentation skill capabilities
- Has an excellent skill in Business Requirement Specification definition and writing.
- Good in technical writing and reporting
