Information Technology Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant IT-related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Mapping and analytical thinking
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience in creating BRD, FSD, TSD, ERD, UML diagrams, UI Mockups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence (experience with Canva is an advantage)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and a fast learner
• Able to work effectively independently and within cross-functional teams

Job Description:

• Conduct requirements analysis and actively gather business needs during the requirement phase
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the application development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Present business processes and application designs using diagrams, flowcharts, and visual models
• Provide solutions by producing clear documentation, process flows, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and well-structured code where applicable
• Execute work plans and budgets of the IT Business Analyst function to support divisional targets in line with the Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to support faster application development
• Monitor application/platform development to ensure alignment with approved requirements and workflows, and report progress to management
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for project execution and performance dashboard preparation to ensure effective monitoring
• Manage Change Management processes, including receiving, analyzing, and coordinating change requests with development teams
