Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience as BA for 2 years
• Experience handling project in banking, insurance, or multifinance industry (mandatory)
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills for interaction with stakeholders
• Relevant skills in problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus
