BINAR Job Connect is looking for an Information Technology Analyst to join our clients team on a 12-month contract and possibility of extension, with details as follows:
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map current business processes, systems, and applications to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Design solutions at both high-level (system architecture) and screen-level (user flow, UI specifications).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, etc.) to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirement specifications, and technical analysis.
- Conduct requirement negotiation based on technical feasibility and effort analysis.
- Support implementation by coordinating projects, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring solution quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, Solution Analyst, System Analyst, or related role.
- Combined experience in IT Business Analysis, Product Management, or Quality Assurance/Software Testing are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized in managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations for system/process improvements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microservices, SOA concepts, and core programming principles.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (including administration).
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
- Background as a Solution Architect or involvement in solution design at scale.
Work Arrangement
- Employment type: Outsourced-Contract
- Contract duration: 12 months (extension possibility based on performance and company needs)
- Location: West Jakarta
- Work type: On-site/Work from Office (WFO)
- Monthly salary estimation: Up to IDR 14.5 million
