As an Affiliate Specialist, youll help find and manage creators to join the AnyMind MCN community. Youll support campaigns, track performance, and work closely with platforms like TikTok and Shopee. If you enjoy working with influencers, analyzing data, and staying updated with digital trends, this role is for you!
What You&aposll Do
1. Affiliate & Influencer Management
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and influencers to join AnyMind MCN Community.
- Maintain relationships with existing affiliates and content creators.
- Analyze top creator performance and maintain engagement.
2. Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist in setting up, tracking, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers and affiliates to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Pitching new campaign to brand/sellers.
3. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Generate reports and insights on campaign effectiveness.
4. Administrative Tasks
- Assist with general administrative tasks and team support.
- Liase with MCN official Partner, TikTok and Shopee team to get information on any updates.
Who You Are
- Experience in influencer (preferably within affiliates marketing area)
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee and TikTok).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
