Industrial Sales Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Central Cikarang, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As an Industrial Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, and managing the sales process to achieve revenue targets. You will also provide technical support, promote automation solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Sales experience with skills in Sales Management and Business Development
• Strong capabilities in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Knowledge and expertise in Automation systems and related technologies
• Proficiency in presenting technical products and solutions in an engaging manner
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and travel as required
• Prior experience in the industrial or engineering sectors is an advantage
