We are currently looking for professional to join our team as Industrial Relations Team

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the effective management of Industrial Relations across the organization, in line with the company's vision, mission, values, and established policies. This includes safeguarding the company's compliance with all applicable labor laws and government regulations to support uninterrupted and efficient business operations.

Job Requiremets:

• Bachelor's Degree or Magister's Degree in Law
• Have working experience:
• For Industrial Relations Superintendent: Min 6 years working experience as Industrial Relations, preferably form mining and/or energy companies
• For Industrial Relations Officer: Min 2 years working experience as Industrial Relations, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in handling employee disputes and labor negotiations is preferred.
• Familiarity with labor regulations including UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja, and related implementing regulations
• Strong communication, interpersonal skill, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel or be assigned to different AlamTri Sites if required
