This role is ideal for a data-driven leader capable of navigating complex plantation landscapes and high-speed manufacturing lines by transforming workplace sentiment into actionable corporate strategy.
What You'll Do :
- Strategic IR Risk Mapping: Develop and lead proactive IR Risk Assessment frameworks using predictive analytics to identify potential labor disruptions before they impact production.
- Predictive HR Analytics: Analyze trends in absenteeism, grievance frequency, and turnover rates to forecast industrial relations hotspots.
- Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD): Implement and audit HRDD processes, using data to verify zero exploitation and modern slavery risks in remote sites.
- Compliance Auditing: Conduct data-heavy audits on wage structures and contractual compliance to ensure 100% alignment with local and international standards.
- Engagement for the Frontline: Design engagement strategies using employee survey results to boost retention and morale for shift and field workers.
The Analytical Edge :
We are looking for a specialist who not only reports what happened but also explains why it happened and what will happen next. Proficiency in the following is essential:
- Data Visualization: Presenting complex labor risks dashboards.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Utilizing Ishikawa or 5-Whys to deconstruct labor disputes and safety incidents.
- Labor Cost Modeling: Analyzing the financial impact of CBA negotiations and wage policy changes.
Requirement:
- Degree in Law, Industrial Relations.
