Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to ensure harmonious labormanagement relationships.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including dispute resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws.
  • Ensure company compliance with all labor regulations, government policies, and internal policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, government institutions, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice to management on labor law, industrial relations, and compliance matters.
  • Lead and support audits, investigations, and risk assessments related to employee compliance.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs to promote compliance culture across the organization.
  • Review People Management's SOP and propose a refreshment/renewal if needed.
  • Review the needs of any new SOP.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (minimum 710 years) in industrial relations, employee relations, or HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, government regulations, and industrial relations practices in Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing union relations, negotiations, and collective labor agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High integrity, resilience, and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
