Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant company and government regulations.
  • Managing bipartite negotiations and communications.
  • Following up on reports of violations of company regulations in cooperation with relevant parties.
  • Investigating cases of violations and recommending sanctions.
  • Conduct employee relations training to create a conducive working environment for all parties.
  • Resolve and anticipate disputes involving labor unions, management, and/or employees.
  • Control potential industrial conflicts before they escalate.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or Management.
  • Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing is preferred.
  • Understanding of Labor Law and Industrial Relations.
  • Understanding of PHI processes.
  • Proficient in English.
