About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Product Designer to support the design and development of a new physical product initiative. This role focuses on translating product concepts into functional, manufacturable, and user-centered designs while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop industrial design concepts from early ideation to production-ready designs
- Create sketches, 3D models, CMF direction, and design specifications
- Balance aesthetics, usability, engineering feasibility, and manufacturing constraints
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and manufacturing partners throughout the design process
- Support prototyping, design validation, and iteration cycles
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all deliverables
- Provide design rationale and documentation for internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in industrial or product design (consumer or tech-enabled products preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360 or similar)
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and DFM principles
- Ability to work independently in a project-based setup
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across time zones

- Experience working with global teams or international manufacturers
- Background in consumer electronics or precision products
- Familiarity with prototyping and production handoff processes
