Tanggung jawab

- Monitoring lean system and evaluation of system implementation.

- Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of garment operational and supporting process.

- Standardization of working area to improve production performance.

- Collaborate with Production team to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Lay out management in area of production and supporting.

Kualifikasi

- Familiar or having expertise to manage improvement or Lean System in manufacturing.

- Have experience in the same position (as a Manager or Assistant Manager, minimum 5 years).

- Education Level minimum Bachelor Degree, major in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.

- Have experience in Garment Industry

- Strong leadership dan have digital mindset
