Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role based in Wonogiri. The Industrial Engineer will analyze production workflows, capacity, and resource utilization to improve efficiency and reduce waste across intimate apparel manufacturing lines. Daily tasks include collecting and interpreting operational data, designing and optimizing processes, developing standard operating procedures, and supporting layout improvements for workstations and production areas. The role involves collaborating closely with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and design teams to implement process changes, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The Industrial Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to cost-reduction projects, and prepare reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to apparel production environments.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data collection, statistical analysis, problem-solving, and performance measurement in manufacturing processes.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing clear reports, and presenting process improvement proposals.
• Experience in Process Improvement, including workflow optimization, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with production planning, work measurement, and time-motion studies is an advantage.
• Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, basic data analysis software, CAD or layout tools preferred).
• Ability to work on-site in Wonogiri, adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and collaborate with diverse teams.
